The idea

Already when we purchased the land we knew we had something beautiful and special in our hands. Before we started the construction we had different plans what to do with it but in the end it was quite clear that it was the perfect place for vacational rentals as all necessary factors are given...
... great location: close enough to the center of Tulum to get there easily (walking or by bike) but also far enough from noise and traffic.
... safety: the neighborhood is quiet and safe, a lot of Mexican families live here but there are also a lot of rental houses so you see many tourists in this region walking and biking up and down the streets.
... nature: as there are still many undeveloped woodlands in the surroundings you can observe a lot of wildlife in the trees.

We wanted to create a space where our guests can relax and enjoy their time in this beautiful and unique region. And we are really pleased with the result of the long planning and hard work.

The design
​
We kept the design simple with a touch of Caribbean flair. The pool in the middle is the center of the property and accessible to all residents. All units are designed to give you the most comfort and utility. Every appartment/studio has it's own entrance in order for you to be completely independent from the rest of the complex.
The pool and garden are shared with the other residents however every unit has it's own terrace with 2 chairs and a little table.
2 units (Sian Kaan and Yum Balam) are equipped with a kitchen for guests who wish to be able to cook for themselves during their stay.
